This policy covers 3Xpress Logistics and this website. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site. That means your name, company, phone number, email address, the pickup and delivery addresses for a requested run, a description of the item, and any notes you add. Driver applicants additionally submit their city, vehicle type, licensing status, experience and availability.
This site does not require an account, does not process payments, and does not ask for payment card details anywhere.
Why we collect it
To quote and schedule the delivery you asked us to quote and schedule, to reach you about it, and to evaluate driver applications. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. Delivery details are shared with the driver assigned to your run, because that is how the item gets where it is going. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Delivery records — including proof-of-delivery photos and timestamps — are retained as business records so we can answer questions about past runs. Driver applications are retained while the position is open and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics or remarketing tools are added later, this policy will be updated to name them before they go live.
Medical and confidential shipments
Where we handle protected health information or confidential legal material on behalf of a client, that work is governed by the agreement with that client — including any business associate agreement — rather than by this website policy.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (602) 935-9993 or email and we will handle it.
Need It There
Today, Not Tuesday?
Tell us the two addresses and the deadline. We will tell you honestly whether it can be done today — and then do it.
