The Detail

What You Need To
Lease On With Us

Most lease-on requirement pages publish a number — three years experience, trucks newer than 2015 — because a number looks decisive. The problem is that a driver with two years and a clean record reads "three years" and closes the tab, and we never hear from someone we would have taken.

So the requirements below are real where they are absolute, and honest where they are not. A valid CDL-A is absolute. A current DOT medical card is absolute. A working ELD is absolute. What counts as an acceptable MVR, and how old a truck can be, depend on what is actually on the record and in the truck.

Tell us what you have got and we will give you a straight answer quickly. That is faster for both of us than a threshold that is wrong in either direction.

Who Pays For What

The costs are the argument, not the percentage. A cheaper split that leaves you buying your own insurance is not a cheaper split.
