Lease On Under Our
Operating Authority

Run your own truck under our MC without filing for your own authority, buying your own cargo policy, or handling your own DOT compliance. That is what the 13% lease-on portion buys.

The Detail

Lease On Under Our
Operating Authority

Getting your own authority is not hard so much as it is relentless. Filing is the easy part; what follows is cargo and liability insurance at first-year rates, a compliance calendar you cannot miss, IFTA every quarter, and a UCR renewal that catches people out every January. Leasing on removes all of it in exchange for a defined percentage.

Our version is 13% for the authority, insurance and compliance side, plus 5% for dispatch, and that is the entire deduction. You keep 82% of gross linehaul. Nothing else appears on the settlement afterward — no trailer rental line, no admin fee, no per-load charge.

The trade-off is real and worth stating plainly: under our authority, our safety score carries your miles and your violations affect it. That is why we care what is on your MVR, and why we would rather turn down a driver at the application stage than have that conversation later.

If you already hold active authority, you do not need any of this. Dispatch alone is 5% and you stay your own carrier — we will tell you that on the phone rather than selling you the bigger package.

Who Pays For What

The costs are the argument, not the percentage. A cheaper split that leaves you buying your own insurance is not a cheaper split.
